Sonali Chougale is a dedicated Social Work professional with strong expertise in agriculture, environment, and rural development. She holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development from Shivaji University and has completed the prestigious SDG Master Trainer program from YASHADA (Pune). With proven experience in community surveys, data analysis, public health research, and sustainable development initiatives, she has contributed extensively to field-level development projects.
She has worked closely with Gram Panchayat members, local stakeholders, and youth groups to strengthen community participation, leadership, and environmental awareness. With 10 years of experience having master’s in social work (MSW). She has a deep understanding of the verticals with Women, Child and labour depts. She has extensively worked in the development sector with National and International organisations. She has vast knowledge in conducting social surveys, Counselling and other needs of various projects.
She has skilled in community engagement with focus on child rights, adolescence, CWC and DWCD processes, and creating safe spaces for women and children by working closely with courts, police, DLSA, CWC, and communities. She has experience in skill development, SHGs, training, and supporting migrant workers in accessing their rights. She has worked for POSH trainings, handling extensive, complex community reach in JICA assisted bullet train (MAHSR) project and labour colony in ADB assisted JNPT berth extension project.

Jyoti is B.Tech (Agri. engg) with masters in agri meteorology. She has 24 years experience in NRM, climate adoption, sustainable livelihood. Jyoti has worked with NABARD and MAVIM. Since last 12 years she is learning Nature chemistry under the guidance of Dr. Bhawalkar PhD, IITB. Jyoti has experience in ecological watershed development, sanitation and waste management, designing eco ETP and STPs. Jyoti is also engaged in social awareness programme about Sustainable lifestyle by inner and outer energy balance.
