MAHSR NHSRCL Bullet train
FRA – MAHSR - FRA certificate from the Collector for the work of National High Speed Rail Corporation falling in the district of Palghar. This entailed to arrangement of Gram Sabha, carry out Public Consultation, Obtaining NOC of Gram Sabha, Obtaining Form I under FRA certificate from Collector, documentation and Reporting. This included 46 PESA villages and 47 general villages for obtaining FRA. The activity was carried out with the Land acquisition, R&R, CSR activities along with NHSRCL officials, Revenue and Administrative wings of Palghar encompassing Talasari, Dahanu, Palghar and Vasai areas.
MMLP PATH Obalapura Bengaluru
Providing Environmental and Social Management Services for the Project "Master Planning and Overall Engineering Design Services for Multimodal Logistics Park Phase -1 at Obalapura Area, Bengaluru" for EKA Infra Pvt Ltd. – A Sub-Consultancy Agreement for providing consultancy services for GRIHA led management systems, Solid Waste Management and Landscaping master planning for an Industrial area of 360 acres of Logistics Park for the client PATH. Advising PATH and making of DBRs for inclusion of rules and conditions of the EC approval in the master planning. To monitor that the approach followed as path is of green category.
JNPT BAXI PORTS Mumbai
Providing Environmental and Social Management Services for the Project "Upgradation, Operation, Maintenance and Transfer of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Container Terminal (JNPCT) on PPP Basis” for EKA Infra. Pvt Ltd. – A Sub-Consultancy Agreement for ADB funded berth extension project of JNPT for Baxi ports. This included making of ESMP, monitoring of site for E&S aspects as per ADB approvals, as a PMC part and parcel along with EKA infra as a Principal PMC. This involved monitoring of labour colony, E&S processes advised to be followed by the contractor RSJV and compliance as per the ADB guidelines.
